Diamond ReVita is not responsible for stolen package upon confirmed delivery from USPS, FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail or Express. If your package is missing after the 10 business days window, please checked the tracking of your order, file a claim with the carrier, and also send us an email so that we can help you resolve this matter as a courtesy for our customers.
